  • Processing can take up to 14 Business days after receiving full payment.
    We ship worldwide. Delivery times are based on US estimates, and therefore will vary
    depending on global location.
    If you order different items, they may come in separate shipments but still within estimated
    delivery times. There will never be extra shipping fees in this scenario. We thank you for

    Estimated free delivery time: 22 - 42 Business Days (US)
    Estimated standard delivery time: 15 – 21 Business Days (US)
    Estimated express delivery time: 7 - 14 Business Days (US)

    Order Cancellation
    We ship items as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your
    order, please notify us ASAP. If the item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your
    order.
    Returns/Exchanges/Cancellation can be directed to our contact email.
    You will receive a response within 24 hours of your email.
    Package Not Delivered Because Wrong Address Was Entered or Customer Wasn’t
    Available For Delivery
  • We take pride in processing and shipping your orders as fast as possible. While most of our
    customers appreciate it, this also means that you have to notify us of any errors or changes
    in your address within 24 hours of placing the order.
    We are NOT responsible for orders returned because of a wrong address. We are also NOT
    responsible for orders not received because the customer wasn't available for delivery. If the
    tracking information shows the item has been delivered, we treat the item as such.
    In these cases, we encourage you to work with your local post office to retrieve your
    package. Unfortunately, we cannot communicate with the post office and/or other
    organizations on your behalf.
    In certain cases we may attempt to mitigate the situation by offering you a replacement
    product at a discounted price; this will be determined on a case by case basis.
